Background
In the $ 4 billion global Gonadotropin market, Sanzyme is amongst the first to offer contract manufacturing of human derived Gonadotropins. With presence in 30 countries the company grows exponentially, since its first Gonadotropin manufacturing over half a century ago. Today Sanzyme is widely recognized as specialists and it stands out for its quality. Sanzyme’s key focus is the development and manufacturing of Gonadotropins, Sex Hormones and Speciality probiotics. It plays a key role in assisting several pharmaceuticals deliver IVF and A.R.T. solutions to their markets. Sanzyme leverages an exceptional R&D discipline—the result of over 4 decades of Daiichi Sankyo’s association.
Brief/Expectation
The communication for the Corporate film as well as the new Corporate website should position Sanzyme as a formidable player in the fertility industry on the strength of its credentials (statistical data, certifications; it should also act as a marketing film for positioning Sanzyme as the best contract manufacturing proposition in the world today. Being a pro-life product, the corporate communication should also lead with a strong ‘human element’ for stronger appeal.
Challenge
Product manufacturing films and typically those in the pharmaceutical business often rely inordinately on hard facts and data to drive home the proposition; in our case while the mandate was the same—to use credentials and data—we had the additional mandate to make a notch emotional.
TRIKONE Approach
We began by LISTENING to the various goals the film and the corporate website had vis a vis the stake holders. We then STRATEGIZED to arrange elements of the communication into a pitch, with specified outcomes. Using our experience in CREATIVE visual and textual communication, we then used ample human elements—both B2C style portraits and internal stake holders to create a strong proposition.
Outcome/Impact
Sanzyme’s Corporate film uses the ‘fertility and population’ backdrop connecting it with a very personal need to have families and loved ones as much as optimum human capital, to convey an emotional message. It also, as a marketing film, contained all the strong points—via data and credentials—to pitch Sanzyme as the go to contract manufacturing brand. The Corporate website too, following the same trope uses visuals with ample human elements and a communication that makes the brand come close to its audience. Both the internal and external stake holder can readily see value through the strategic use of visuals and content.
